I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN
If you want to make a change or a refund, we remind you that you need to contact us at least 24 hours before the activity.
To process your request, we will need you to provide us with some information about the purchase and the reason for the cancellation so that we can also evaluate your shopping experience.
Remember to do it within 30 days of receiving the order. Write us an email to info@mercatrip. com with your request indicating your name and order number (begins with “#”) and we will answer you within 24 to 48 working hours.

REFUND
We make refunds in the same form of payment that you used when placing your order. To do this, once the return is received and reviewed, we will proceed to the refund. At that time, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days.
